What Personal Data do we gather?
This Personal Data may include: your name, age, date of birth, gender, e-mail address, telephone number, family circumstances, home address, country of residence, employment and educational background, dietary preferences, financial and tax related data, preferred language, your IP address, job tile, function, company coordinates.
In any case we will only gather Personal Data within the minimum scope to allow us to execute the Company’s Legitimate Interest, especially when it is related to children’s privacy.
How do we gather Personal Data?
We gather Personal Data given by you in hand, via e-mail, via the Company website or publically available media. Our website or other communication channels are not designed in that way that it analyses or processes personal data outside the scope of our Legitimate Interest.

Security Measures we implement to protect Personal Data
In order to protect Personal Data against any data breach we implement countermeasures like physical access protection, fire walls, anti-virus software, passwords, encryption, and administrative controls.
Whereas we ask data processing to a third party or transfer Personal Data outside areas that are legally defined as being safe for data protection, or deem there is a high risk of data breach, we endeavour to obtain sufficient guarantees from the data processor or receiving party and conclude a Data Protection Agreement, Data Transfer Agreement or obtain other guarantees.
We provide education and training to relevant staff from time to time to ensure awareness and compliance with Data Protection obligations.
